Cantona System – Chief Financial Officer with potential

Do you want a central role in a company in development? As Chief Financial Officer you will have a broad and varied role, combining daily, hands-on financial control with close sparring with management and a strong focus on the business. You will become part of the management team and hold a central position in the company's further development, where you will both ensure a well-functioning finance function and translate financial insight into value for the business.

A significant part of the role will be to work independently to identify needs and opportunities for improvements. You will thus have the opportunity to shape the finance function and develop the reporting and governance tools that support the company's ambitions and growth journey.

With reference to the daily leader, you will among other things have the following areas of responsibility:

• Responsible for monthly, quarterly and annual closings
• Responsible for liquidity management and cash flow forecast
• Preparation and development of KPI reporting and dashboards
• Close sparring partner for management and the board
• Project controlling and financial follow-up on projects
• Post-calculation and analysis of contribution margins, earnings, profitability, consumption of goods and resource utilization
• Follow-up on differences between calculation and actual consumption
• Responsible for financial follow-up on projects in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
• Ensure correct recognition of revenue and margin on projects
• Responsible for two employees in the finance function

To succeed in the role you have a relevant finance education at bachelor or master level, for example cand.merc.aud., HD(R), cand.merc. in Financial Management or similar. You have a minimum of 3-5 years' experience in a similar role as Chief Financial Officer, Finance Manager, Business Controller, auditor or similar.

You have solid experience with financial management, controlling and management reporting, as well as strong knowledge of liquidity management, cash flow, budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting. It is essential that you have experience in independently developing analyses, management reporting and decision bases and are willing to take responsibility for the continued development of the finance function.

You have in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and a natural flair for IT and understand how to use digital technologies as tools for optimization and efficiency. Experience from a manufacturing company, construction industry or prefabricated building would be an advantage.

You thrive in a role where you work both strategically and operationally, and where you independently take responsibility for identifying and challenging existing workflows. You are development-oriented, proactive and have a natural drive to make things happen. You are analytically strong, solution-oriented and have a solid business understanding.
