At Pedersen & Nielsen in Risskov we are looking for an ambitious and relationship-driven car salesperson who wants to help create good deals and even better customer experiences.

In the department we represent among others Volvo, Zeekr, Kia and Nissan , and there is also a strong selection of used cars. You will therefore become part of a car dealership with lots of activity, different types of customers and good opportunities to achieve results.

About the role

As a car salesperson you will be an important part of our sales team and one of the people customers associate with Pedersen & Nielsen.

You guide the customer through the entire buying journey: from the first inquiry or tour of the showroom to advice, test drive, offer, financing and the day the keys change hands.

But good car sales doesn’t stop at the signature. Therefore we also expect you to follow up, build relationships and work purposefully so that today’s customer also calls you the next time there is a new car in the driveway.

Your primary tasks

• Sales and advice: Sales of new and used cars based on professional needs assessment.
• Offers and solutions: Preparation of attractive offers and advice on financing and relevant products.
• Lead management: Quick and structured follow-up on inquiries, leads and offers.
• Customer relationships: Active contact with both new and existing customers.
• Customer experience: Ensure a safe, professional and personal experience throughout the sales process.
• Collaboration: Actively contribute to the sales team's common goals and the positive everyday life at the car dealership.

• Are motivated by sales and by achieving your goals.
• Are good with people and quickly able to establish trust.
• Can listen to the customer’s needs and translate them into the right solution.
• Are proactive and do not wait for all deals to come walking in through the door by themselves.
• Work in a structured way and consistently follow up with your customers.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment with ambition and clear goals.
• Have experience in sales. Experience from the car industry is an advantage, but the right personality, energy, and sales approach are also highly valued.
• Hold a driving license for category B.
