New position… Voksencenter Ristolahaven is seeking a care assistant for 32 hours at Damgårdshus Are you in touch with the strengths of your heart? In Damgårdshus life is simplified via rhythmic repetitions , so residents can safely lean into the idea that today resembles yesterday. Through rhythm and the pedagogical impulse, safety and capacity to be a little more are created. We are a §108 residential facility for seven residents with each their own speech acts. They are together and each on their own – depending on the moment and the individual resources. The starting point is that the person unfolds in the meeting with the outside world through thought, feeling and will .

Damgårdshus is one of six houses in Voksencenter Ristolahaven. Here 39 residents live aged 26 – 80 years.

Ristolahaven has a sustaining, active and dynamic community , where residents and staff all contribute with their unique abilities. Ristolahaven is located in scenic surroundings by Præstø Fjord. We work from Rudolf Steiner’s view of the human being and Marjatta’s value-goals and action basis.

As part of Damgårdshus, you will accompany residents to various individual appointments as well as to events in both Ristolahaven and the Marjatta Community. We have a budding community house where events and evening classes are very close. Here a broad range of cultural and artistic experiences is offered. Both large and small communities bear the mark of seasonal rhythms and moods , as a recognizable support in all residents’ lives and the staff’s work.

Salary and employment: The appointment and salary placement follow the regional agreement for social pedagogy staff as well as Marjatta’s locally agreed preliminary agreements.

Starting salary for employees covered by the collective agreement: Marjatta is bound by a operating agreement with Region Zealand to inform you of the starting salary for the position. You will be informed of the base salary, centrally fixed allowances and pension in the relevant collective agreement. In addition to the starting salary, the salary may include any negotiated allowances depending on the position, your experience and qualifications.
