We are currently seeking Social and Health Assistants for night shifts for our department in Aarhus, where we provide private home care. We are taking over more and more health act services and therefore there is a need for you.

The department started up in February 2026, so we are a new team and you can therefore help shape our culture and the professional foundation we will stand on.

Because we are so new, there may be a reasonable amount of flexibility regarding shifts. However, decisions will be based on your wishes, so work-life and private life can balance. We generally operate a 7:7 rotation in night shifts.

We need professionally skilled colleagues to ensure the continued interdisciplinary dialogue and in the implementation of the new elderly law and health reform.

You can expect a workplace with ample opportunities for professional development. As a night shift worker, you are expected to be able to work independently and have a good overview, with an understanding of working according to applicable instructions and workflows.

• That you are trained as a Social and Health Assistant
• That you have knowledge of Cura is an advantage, but not a requirement
