About the job

As a therapist in holistic care, you will be part of a multidisciplinary team, where we work closely together to create coherence, security and quality of life for the individual citizen. You are part of the daily care and carry out independent visits. You will also assess the need for assistive devices and occupational therapy training.

You will work on the road in citizens' own homes, where you assess, advise and support based on the citizen's resources and goals. The tasks range from rehabilitative training and collaboration with both care and nursing professionals. You will also mentor colleagues in training and APV, etc.

APV and transfer (handling) training are a fixed part of your function. You will work as a cross-branch occupational therapist between Randers and Aarhus, but your primary input location will be Randers. The task distribution is 50/50.

We are looking for you who

• Is educated as an occupational therapist.
• Wants to work in home care and contribute to citizens' daily lives
• Works independently but thrives in a team where all professional perspectives are brought into play
• Is open to a cross-branch role between several departments (Primarily Randers and Aarhus)
• Is passionate about holistic care and rehabilitation rather than standard solutions
• Experience with Nexus and/or CURA is an advantage
• Since Århus works from the care pathways model, knowledge of this would be an advantage

A valid driver's license is required, as the work is field-based.

The position is 32 hours per week, primarily day shifts, but flexibility is expected based on needs.
