Carelink Pleje seeks Quality Assurance Coordinator

Do you want a role where your professional expertise makes a real difference to the quality of home care – every day? At Carelink Pleje, private home care in Viborg municipality, we are looking for a quality‑responsible coordinator who can translate requirements, legislation and quality objectives into practice. Your base will be in Viborg municipality, but with a close collaboration with the department in Skive Municipality.

You will be the link to daily operations and will be responsible for ensuring that quality, documentation and medication management work – not on paper, but in daily practice.

Role in brief

You work close to practice with quality in care and support employees in delivering a consistent, professionally correct and rehabilitative effort in line with the new Elderly Care Act and the intentions of the upcoming health reform in 2027. You are a trained nurse and you are good at teaching others.

Your main tasks

• Ensure quality and coherence in documentation in KMD NEXUS
• Support correct and safe execution of nursing services , and ensure instructions for action and correct documentation
• Hereunder, work systematically with UTHs and follow-up on these
• Translate overarching quality action plans into concrete actions in the department, for example by assisting employees in their citizen visits or independently carrying out citizen visits during sick leave or vacations – with a view to identifying challenges and resources in quality.
• Support employees in the work with rehabilitation and citizen involvement
• Contribute to professional development with clear goals and expectations – including the preparation of action plans with clear objectives
• Ensure implementation of requirements from the new Elderly Care Act in daily practice
• Take responsibility for new employees through an onboarding program
• Close collaboration with Viborg Municipality's assessment unit

Who we are looking for

You have experience with quality work in home care. You work structurally, take responsibility and have an eye for both details and the whole. You are good at teaching others and ensuring competencies and follow-through through an appreciative approach.

We expect that you

• Can work securely in KMD NEXUS
• Have solid understanding of medication management and patient safety
• Can work purposefully with documentation quality
• Have experience with or interest in quality assurance and follow-up
• Thrive in a role where you mentor and support colleagues and have a clear professional responsibility
• Knowledge of models and methods from the Knowledge Center for dignified elderly care is a plus but not a requirement; you should be able to understand them and be able to work with methods and models in practice.
