Caretaker for maintenance and operation – about 10 hours per week

We are seeking a practical, responsible and independent caretaker for about 10 hours per week, who can take care of the ongoing maintenance of our house and outdoor areas.

You will be the person who helps ensure that the buildings, installations and areas around the house operate and look well-maintained.

The position can start as soon as possible, and the working hours can be arranged quite flexibly.

About the job

Your tasks will include, among other things

• Ongoing maintenance of buildings and outdoor areas
• Ad hoc practical work
• Minor repairs and renovation tasks
• Renovation and waste management
• Cleaning up and maintenance around the area
• Supervision of furnishings, equipment and installations
• Contact with tradespeople for larger tasks
• To identify and address things that need to be repaired or maintained

We are looking for someone who can see what needs to be done and take action, without all tasks needing to be described in advance.
