Your three most important tasks Care and nursing in citizens' homes (ca. 70%)

You provide care, personal care, practical help and presence-rich conversations that give citizens security and quality of life in their own home.

Coordination and collaboration (ca. 25%)

You work closely with colleagues, relatives and professionals to ensure high-quality care. Documentation and follow-up are a natural part of your work.

Driving time between citizens (ca. 5%)

Part of your time is spent travelling between citizens' homes. You must therefore have a valid driver's license – and possibly be able to provide your own car.

To succeed in the position

• We would prefer that you have a health care education as a social- and health helper/assistant or equivalent.
• The position is 28 hours per week with a 5-2 shift pattern and work every other weekend. Mondays, Tuesdays and alternating weekends.
• You can work independently, but also thrive in a community where we lift together.
