Carpenter for balcony installation in Roskilde

Do you want a company car, freedom with responsibility, and good pay?

We are looking for a carpenter for new build and balcony installation in Roskilde.

You will become part of a larger setup where balconies, doors and installation tasks fill a large part of daily work. The tasks are in both residential and commercial properties, and the work shifts between independent tasks, pair work and crews. There is proper pre-work planning so you don't have to guess on site. At the same time there are social events and a daily life where freedom with responsibility actually matters.

The role suits you if you want variety without losing direction in the job. You’ll get a company car, but also the freedom to make everyday life fit together when children, appointments or life outside work require some flexibility. Here you are treated as an adult professional who can roll up your sleeves and say when something isn’t right.

What you get Salary: 220-260 DKK per hour

Company car: Yes

Area of work: Roskilde and surroundings

Agreement: Employed under the applicable collective agreement

Employment: Permanent employment - we are looking for people we can work with for many years. No short-term courses.

Daily life: New build, balcony installation and mixed work form

Your daily routine

The day starts by getting the task, the order of work and the equipment under control. You coordinate with those you are working with, order materials or tools when something is missing, and keep the site tidy along the way. When the work takes place where people live, you speak properly with the residents and ensure the task is delivered neatly.

You will, among other things, work with

• Working on new builds and installation tasks
• Install doors and finish around them inside
• Do roof work related to roof balconies
• Lay floors on balconies and re-install floors in homes
• Assemble balconies on site and follow safety along the way

Freedom with responsibility is not just something on paper here. If you can plan your day, show up reliably and have a proper dialogue when something changes, you get room to work in your own way.

We are looking for you who can check off most of the boxes

You don't need to know everything. But you must be able to work independently and take responsibility for your appointments.

We imagine that you

• Have a driver's license
• Have experience as a carpenter
• Can work alone, with a partner and in a crew
• Speak properly with customers and residents
• Say when something isn't right

It is an advantage if you have tried your hand at door installation, roof work or mounting before. But the most important thing is that you can take responsibility and deliver proper craftsmanship.

Already employed?

Then it should, of course, make sense to switch.

Therefore we start with a non-binding chat. You can hear more about the tasks, the company, the salary and everyday life before you decide. And yes, it takes place discreetly.

If this sounds like something for you, you can start as soon as possible.

You don't need to send a long application. Click Apply for job, and we will call you and take it from there.
