Carpenter for commercial buildings in Aalborg

We need a carpenter for commercial renovation and maintenance in Aalborg.

You will land in a larger carpenter and joinery team where commercial tasks fill the calendar well. The work mainly consists of renovation and ongoing maintenance of commercial buildings, industrial buildings, housing blocks and public institutions. The positions are located in Aalborg and the rest of North Jutland, and the tasks are typically carried out in pairs or as part of a team.

You will have fixed people around you, but also responsibility to roll up your sleeves and get your part of the task delivered properly. When coordination with other trades is needed, it is important that the agreements hold so the next trade can come in.

What you get Salary: 210-225 DKK per hour

Everyday work: Commercial renovation, maintenance and team work

Your everyday On site you distribute the day's renovation tasks according to the agreed plan, so the work flows correctly between trades. You work in existing buildings, where there are both planned steps and adjustments when something appears along the way. If a task changes, you tell in time so the plan can hold.

You will among other things work with

• Renovate existing commercial buildings
• Handle ongoing maintenance tasks
• Replace windows and doors as agreed
• Work with roof renovation and conversion
• Coordinate your work with a partner, crew and other trades

We imagine that you

• Have a driver's license
• Preferably at least 1 year of experience as a carpenter
• Are stable and show up as agreed
• Can work closely with a partner or a team
• Speak up if something is off

It is an advantage if you have experience with renovation, maintenance, windows, doors or commercial construction. But the most important is that you deliver proper work and can function in a fixed team.
