You will become part of a larger carpentry company where there is plenty to do. The work involves both new construction and renovation, and the clients are both private individuals and businesses. The working style shifts between independent tasks and buddy tasks, so you get both the space to manage yourself and people around you. There is a strong social community, and everyday life suits you if you like to be in a fast-paced environment.

The role is well suited for you who want responsibility without being left alone all the time. Your everyday

The day depends on whether the site is a new build or renovation. On some tasks you take the lead yourself and keep control of your part. On others you coordinate closely with a partner so the work is delivered properly.

You will among other things work with

• Constructing new structures on new builds
• Renovating and remodeling existing buildings
• Installing windows and doors to measure
• Carrying out roofing work when the task requires it
• Installing insulation and vapor barrier correctly

When there is plenty to do, it matters that people help each other and show up reliably. You fit in well here if you can take responsibility yourself and function with a partner on site.

We do not expect you to have done everything before. But you must be able to see a task and get started.

We imagine that you

• Have experience as a carpenter, preferably from new builds or renovations
• Can work independently when the task requires it
• Function well with a partner on site
• Show up reliably and keep your commitments
• Speak up if something doesn’t add up

It is an advantage if you have a couple of years of experience in the trade. But the most important is that you deliver solid work and enjoy both responsibility and collaboration.
