We need a carpenter for new build and renovation in Copenhagen.

You will become part of a larger carpentry team, with tasks in both new build and renovation. The work spans residential and commercial, so you will have days with different types of sites. You switch between independent tasks and working with a partner, depending on what makes sense on site. There is freedom with responsibility, and the culture must be able to support people who enjoy their work.

The role fits you if you can take responsibility without having someone nagging you all day. When you're alone on a task, you're expected to say if something doesn't add up. When you are two, you help each other with the sequence and get the work done properly. The company car is part of the package, so everyday life becomes easier to make work fit together.

What you get Salary: 220-240 DKK per hour

Employment: Permanent employment - we are looking for people we can work with for many years. No short-term courses.

Everyday: New build, renovation and mixed partner work

Your everyday

The practical rhythm depends on the site and the task. Some days you work on a defined task by yourself, other days you agree the sequence with a partner. In renovation, it’s about getting the old and the new to work together, while new build requires the work to be delivered cleanly to the next stage.

You will, among other things, work with

• Work on new builds for residential and commercial
• Solve renovation tasks on existing construction
• Install windows and doors to measure
• Work on roofing according to the task
• Carry out remodeling and general carpentry work

The motto here is simple: It should be fun to go to work. Therefore the role fits best for a carpenter who takes responsibility for their craft and can still keep everyday life orderly.

We are looking for you who can check most boxes

You don't need to be an expert in every corner of the trade. But you must be able to stand behind what you deliver.

We imagine that you

• Have at least 3 years of experience as a carpenter
• Have a driver's license
• Can work both independently and with a partner
• Are reliable and meet as agreed
• Speak up if something doesn’t add up

It’s an advantage if you have experience with both new build and renovation. But the most important thing is that you can roll up your sleeves and deliver proper work.
