You land in a larger carpentry department, where tasks span both residential and commercial. The work is around Roskilde, and everyday life alternates between new builds and renovations. Some tasks you solve yourself, and on others you have an apprentice beside you. It requires that you can take responsibility without someone standing over your shoulder.

Everyday: New builds, renovation and autonomous planning

Your daily life

You will receive tasks within new builds and renovation, and you take responsibility for the sequence of the parts you handle. When you have an apprentice with you, you must be able to set direction and explain the task properly. A driving license is necessary, because you drive yourself to the jobs.

You will, among other things, work with

• Constructs and adapts solutions for new builds
• Renovates existing buildings and rooms
• Installs windows and doors to measure
• Works with conversions in residential and commercial
• Ensures the next trade can get in

When something changes on site, you speak up in time and get it solved properly. Freedom under responsibility only works when the agreements hold.

We are looking for you who can tick most of the boxes

You don't have to know everything. But you must be able to work independently and take responsibility for your arrangements.

We imagine that you

• Have at least 3 years of experience as a carpenter
• Have a driving license
• Can work independently and take responsibility for the day
• Can have an apprentice with you and provide proper direction
• Show up reliably and say something if something doesn’t add up

It’s an advantage if you have tried both new builds and renovation before. But the most important is that you can take on and deliver something you can stand behind.
