We are looking for a carpenter for new builds and renovations in Esbjerg.

You will become part of a larger carpentry team, where work ranges from new builds to renovations and conversions. Customers are both private and commercial, and many tasks involve villas, holiday homes and solutions where the finish has to be spot on. Positions are located around Esbjerg, and you typically work in pairs, in teams, or with an apprentice beside you. There is plenty of work on the calendar, so everyday work revolves around fixed projects rather than short-term temp jobs.

The role suits you if you want to take responsibility without standing alone. Management is described as fair, and the team has good camaraderie, so there is room to speak plainly. The company car is included in the package, and the requirements are clear: you must have a driver's license and at least 3 years of experience.

Your daily life

Tasks are planned projects, where the day's sequence is agreed on the site with those you work with. You tackle both the rough and finishing carpentry work, and you speak up if something doesn't add up. When there is an apprentice with you, you show the way instead of just passing tasks on.

You will, among other things, work with

• Working on new builds for residential and commercial properties
• Renovating and remodeling existing properties
• Carrying out extensions from raw work to finish
• Roofing, windows, doors, floors and ceilings
• Working on main contracts and subcontracting contracts

The customer must be able to feel that the agreements are taken seriously. Therefore you fit in well if you deliver proper craftsmanship and don't let small things slip.

We are looking for you who can tick most boxes

You don't have to be an expert in every corner of the trade. But you must be able to stand behind what you deliver.

We imagine that you

• Have at least 3 years of experience as a carpenter
• Have a driver's license
• Can work in pairs, in teams and with an apprentice
• Deliver nothing half-done
• Show up reliably and speak politely with customers

It is an advantage if you have worked with new builds, renovations, roofs, windows or doors. But the most important thing is that you can take responsibility and keep pace without slacking.
