Carpenter for private new-build projects in Copenhagen

You will land in a larger carpentry and joinery house, where there is experience with both contracts, service and special tasks. In this role the emphasis is on residential construction in Copenhagen and surroundings, so you will have new-build as a fixed focus. The work alternates between independent tasks and parts where you work closely with a partner.

Everyday: New builds, housing and mixed forms of work

Your everyday

On site, the day is about advancing the housing construction in the right sequence. You take on the agreed carpentry tasks, and you coordinate with your partner when a task requires more hands. When you are alone with a subtask, it is expected that you speak up if something does not align.

You will, among other things, be working with

• Working on new-build housing
• Installing windows and doors to measurements
• Doing roof work on residential construction
• Working with insulation and vapor barriers
• Lay floors and wooden floors

It is construction with several trades around you, so clear agreements and steady attendance matter every single day. You must be able to take charge, maintain the sequence and deliver something you can stand behind.

We are looking for someone who can tick most boxes

You do not need to be an expert in every corner of the trade. But you must be able to stand for what you deliver.

We imagine that you

• Have at least 5 years of experience as a carpenter
• Have a driver's license
• Can work both independently and with a partner
• Are stable and show up as agreed
• Say something if something does not align

It is an advantage if you have worked with new-build housing before. But the most important is that you can take responsibility for the agreements and deliver proper craftsmanship.
