You land in a larger crafts company, where building improvement and maintenance fill a lot of daily work. The work is primarily on private projects around Holte, and the tasks can switch between renovations, new builds and service. Some days you work alone, other days with a buddy or as part of a crew.

Everyday: Renovation, new build, service and dampers

Your everyday The day is planned according to whether you are on a renovation, a new build or a smaller service task. You agree the sequence with a partner, crew or foreman, depending on how the task is set up. If something changes along the way, you speak up in good time so the next step doesnt topple.

You will, among other things, work with

• Builds new wooden work on private projects
• Renovates and remodels existing buildings
• Handles dampers and service tasks
• Installs windows and doors to measurements
• Carries out roofing, insulation and smaller carpentry tasks

Its not an assembly line. You must be able to switch gears between larger tasks and the smaller things where the customer still expects it to be done properly the first time.

We are looking for you who can tick most boxes You dont have to be an expert in every corner of the trade. But you must be able to stand behind what you deliver.

We imagine that you

• Have at least 3 years of experience as a carpenter
• Have a driving license
• Can work alone, with a partner and in a crew
• Show up reliably and get started
• Speak politely with customers

It helps if you have experience with renovation, new build, service or dampers. But the most important is that you can enjoy a daily routine where tasks change, and you take responsibility for your own work.
