Carpenter for roof work and renovation in Kongens Lyngby

Do you want a company car, roofing work and a place where it’s fun to go to work?

We are looking for a carpenter for renovations and roofing work in Kongens Lyngby.

You land at a carpentry company where private residences fill a lot, and where the tasks range from roofing to renovations and new builds. The team isn’t huge, but there are several journeymen and apprentices around you, so you have people to brainstorm with. The positions are around Kongens Lyngby and the surrounding area. You shift between your own task, a partner and a crew depending on what needs to be solved.

The benefit of the role is that you get variety without being locked into the same type of work week after week. You get a company car, proper framework and freedom to take responsibility, but you still have colleagues close by when a task requires more hands.

What you get Salary: 200-210 DKK per hour

Company car: Yes

Work area: Kongens Lyngby and surroundings

Colleagues: About 10 employees

Collective agreement: Employed under the applicable collective agreement

Employment: Permanent employment - we are looking for people we can work with for many years. No short courses.

Everyday: Roofing, renovation and mixed setup

Your everyday

On the larger sites you coordinate the sequence with the other trades, so the work is delivered in the correct order. On smaller tasks you decide the next step yourself, especially when a renovation changes along the way.

You work among other things with

• Renovating private homes from minor alterations to major renovations
• Perform roofing work on housing projects
• Install windows and doors to measurements
• Build additions and complete carpentry work in wood
• Work on new builds and conversions when the job requires

When a client changes wishes along the way, you speak up in time so that the agreements can hold. It’s a craft where the finished handover means more than rushing ahead.

We are looking for you who can tick off most of the boxes

You don’t need to know everything. But you must be able to work independently and take responsibility for your commitments.

We imagine that you

• Have a driving license
• Have experience as a carpenter
• Can take on both renovation and roofing work
• Arrive reliably and keep your commitments
• Speak properly with customers and colleagues

It’s an advantage if you’ve tried both roofing and renovation before. But the most important is that you can work properly and say if something doesn’t add up.
