Carpenter for roofing work and carpentry tasks in Aalborg

Do you want a company car, freedom with responsibility, and mixed carpentry tasks?

We need a carpenter for roofing, renovation and service in Aalborg.

You will join a larger carpentry team where tasks are varied. Customers are both private and commercial, so everyday life can switch between home, shop, office and larger sites. Work is in Aalborg and surrounding areas, and you will have tasks where you work alone and tasks where you work with a partner or a crew. The direction is classic carpentry work with new builds, renovation, roof work, carpentry and service as fixed parts of the package.

The good thing about the role is the mix. You get a company car, but you won't be sent out in a lonely setup without people around you. Freedom with responsibility is part of everyday life, so you must be able to make decisions on site and say if something doesn't add up.

What you get Salary: 200-220 DKK per hour

Company car: Yes

Work area: Aalborg and surroundings

Collective agreement: Employed under the applicable collective agreement

Employment: Permanent employment - we are looking for people we can work with for many years. No short-term courses.

Everyday: New builds, renovation, roofing and service

Your everyday Tasks are distributed by size and difficulty, so a quick fix is not treated as a larger renovation. In some tasks it’s about getting something neatly closed the same day, and in others you work in several steps, where the sequence must fit with the other trades.

You will among other things be working with

• Constructing new buildings in both residential and commercial sectors
• Renovating and remodeling where the finish must be right
• Carpentry work with neat finishes
• Taking on damper and service tasks when customers need quick help
• Working with roofing from repairs to larger roofing projects

When a service task turns out to be larger than expected, you tell us right away so the plan can be adjusted. This way the customers get clear agreements, and you don’t have to deal with the hassle alone.

We are looking for someone who can check off most of the boxes You don’t need to know everything. But you must be able to work independently and take responsibility for your commitments.

We imagine that you

• Have at least 3 years of experience as a carpenter
• Have a driving license
• Can work both alone, with a partner and in a crew
• Are steady and punctual
• Speak up if something doesn’t feel right

It’s an advantage if you have experience with service, dampers, roofing or carpentry. But the most important is that you can take action and deliver something you can stand behind.
