We are looking for a carpenter for service and dampers in Esbjerg.

You will join a carpentry team of around 30 employees, where service tasks and small jobs for private customers make up a good part of the daily work. There are also tasks in villas, holiday homes, extensions and roofs, so you are not locked into one type of task. The work is located in Esbjerg and the surrounding area, and you work independently with the possibility to have an apprentice with you. There is a strong sense of teamwork on the crew, and customers expect proper dialogue and high quality.

You get a company car and freedom with responsibility, but there are still people around you when something needs to be discussed. The role suits you who can take an agreement with the customer, solve the task neatly and say if something changes along the way. It is a place with plenty of work, so you are not applying for a short-term program.

Everyday: Service, dampers and independent work

Your everyday When a service task is agreed, you take the initiative and assess what needs to be done on site. You use the car as a base between tasks, and if the apprentice is with you, make sure he gets a proper explanation before you start.

You will, among other things, work with

• Handle dampers and service tasks for private customers
• Carry out carpentry work during remodeling and additions
• Work on roof tasks in new builds and renovations
• Replace windows and doors with a finish that matches the house
• Make floors, ceilings and insulation as agreed

What matters is that the work is done correctly the first time. If something changes along the way, you raise the dialogue in time, so the agreement still holds.

We are looking for someone who can check off most boxes You don’t need to be able to do everything. But you must be able to work independently and take responsibility for your agreements.

We imagine that you

• Have a driver's license
• Can work independently on service tasks
• Can take an apprentice with you and explain the task properly
• Are stable and punctual
• Speak politely with customers

It is an advantage if you have experience with dampers and service before. But the most important thing is that you take responsibility and deliver something you can stand by.
