Carpenter for service and renovation in Aalborg

We are looking for an experienced carpenter for commercial construction in Aalborg.

You will land in a larger building organization where carpentry and joinery work is handled by our own staff. The tasks are placed on commercial-oriented sites with new builds, renovations and service as the fixed tracks. The construction process is closely controlled because several trades must be able to work in the correct sequence.

The role suits you if you want to be part of a crew and at the same time have responsibility for your own piece of work. You don't just work with a single type of carpentry task, because everyday can vary between larger sites and smaller service tasks. When a snag comes up, it is about getting the task done properly and passing it on if something changes.

What you get Salary: 200-222 DKK per hour

Work area: Aalborg and surrounding areas

Colleagues: About 70 employees

Collective agreement: Employed under the applicable collective agreement

Employment: Permanent employment - we are looking for people we can work with for many years. No short courses.

Everyday: New builds, renovations and service

Your daily life On the planned sites you start by arranging the sequence so that the carpentry work fits with the other trades. For service and dampers the day is more about clarifying the task, solving what you can on site and telling if something requires a different solution.

You will, among other things, work with

• Working on new builds in commercial construction
• Renovating and reconfiguring existing properties
• Taking on damper and service tasks
• Carpentry and joinery work as in-house production
• Coordinating sequencing on site with crews and contract management

Freedom with responsibility here means you are trusted to complete your work properly. If something doesn't fit on site, you speak up in time so the task doesn't disrupt the next trades.

We are looking for you who can check most boxes You don't need to be an expert in every corner of the trade. But you must stand by what you deliver.

We imagine that you

• Have at least 5 years of experience as a carpenter
• Have a driver's license
• Can work in a crew and with a partner
• Have tried your hand at new builds, renovations or service
• Are punctual and say so if something isn't right

It's an advantage if you have experience from commercial construction or larger sites. But the most important is that you can take responsibility and work properly with other trades.
