You land in a role where wooden stairs are the red thread in daily work. The customers are both private and commercial, and the tasks are located around Odense and the surrounding area. The work shifts between alone, with a partner and in a team, depending on what the task requires.

The good thing about the setup is that you get a fixed professional direction. You do not work with all sorts of random carpentry tasks, but with stair installation, new builds and renovations. The company car comes along, and a driving license is necessary because the tasks are located at the customers' sites.

Your everyday

Tasks are typically planned before you drive out, so you know whether the day is about new build, renovation or installation. You work with wooden stairs measured to order, and you must be able to resolve the adjustments that arise on site. When something doesn’t align, you speak up so the agreement can be adjusted in time.

You will among other things work with

• Install wooden stairs in new builds
• Adjust stairs in renovation tasks
• Work with wooden elements, joints and finish on site
• Take on tasks solo, with a partner or in a team according to plan
• Keep the agreements with the customer when something needs adjusting

Here the same professional track again and again, so you become sharp on the details instead of bouncing between all sorts. When an adjustment is tricky, it’s about getting it right the first time and speaking up before it becomes costly for the customer.

We do not expect that you have done everything before. But you must be able to see a task and take it on.

We imagine that you

• Have a driving license
• Preferably have at least 1 year of experience as a carpenter
• Can work alone, with a partner and in a team
• Show up reliably and keep appointments
• Say if something doesn’t add up

It is an advantage if you have experience with new build, renovation or installation. But the most important is that you enjoy a job with a fixed direction and proper craftsmanship.
