About the job
Would you like to help ensure that employees in Denmark are correctly taxed on their salaries, benefits in kind, etc.? Do you enjoy having a varied daily life where you work with high-risk cases and visit companies around the country? Then we may have the perfect position for you.
Effective control based on dialogue and guidance
You will become part of Personal Data 4, where our primary task is to conduct control of companies' submissions in the digital system eIndkomst.
Your tasks will involve checking whether payslips correspond with declarations to eIndkomst, monitoring potential fraud reports, and checking companies' accounts in relation to payroll taxation.
You will be the outward-facing face of the Tax Administration, and therefore a guiding and constructive dialogue with the companies is an essential part of your role. We prioritise that companies experience the supervision as professional, efficient and consistent, which is why it is crucial that you are a quick learner and can quickly acquire the professional knowledge.
Your upcoming manager, Bettina, says ”Responsibility and engagement are key words in our unit. We work together to solve an important societal task, and we are very good at sparring on the professional elements and supporting each other when something is difficult.” .
Our expectations of you
You have knowledge of companies, accounts and/or wages through your education, e.g. professional bachelor in taxation, HD in accounting, diploma in taxation, Cand.merc.aud. or equivalent.
However, the most important are your personal qualifications. We expect that you
- can be approachable, listening and patient, even when the company's circumstances are complex and challenge your professional knowledge
- enjoy working in a varied daily life, with different forms of detective tasks
- can oversee and prioritise large amounts of data
- thrive in direct dialogue with companies
- independently manage to plan your workday so you can complete the tasks efficiently
- cultivate a trustful and respectful collaboration with colleagues, which you rely on professionally but do not see every day.
Category B driving license is a requirement.
Personal Data 4 – eIndkomst – your new workplace
In our unit Personal Data 4 – eIndkomst we are 16 skilled and dedicated employees. We are a strong professional team of good colleagues with a humorous and informal tone. You will become part of an informal work environment where daily life is characterised by freedom with responsibility, good spirits and a culture that prioritises collaboration and professional sparring.
With us you get
- A good and safe onboarding environment, where you, together with skilled and responsible colleagues, quickly get up to speed with your tasks
- An exciting and varied workday
- Good colleagues who are open and welcoming
- A good working environment characterised by professionally skilled and engaged colleagues
- Possibility for competence development and further education/training as needed
The Ministry of Taxation and Growth emphasises supporting flexible working conditions, and the framework for work scheduling is discussed between manager and employee based on the overall task solution.
Onboarding
In connection with your start with us, you will participate in an onboarding program designed to ensure that you quickly acquire the background knowledge necessary to perform your tasks and simultaneously gain a good connection to both your unit, Personal Data and the Tax Administration as your workplace. In this way, the onboarding program should help you feel secure in your role and give you a good start to your career at the Tax Administration.
