About the job
Would you like to help ensure that employees in Denmark are taxed correctly on their wages, benefits, etc. If you enjoy a dynamic daily life where you work with high-risk cases and visit companies around the country, then we might have the perfect position for you.
Effective control based on dialogue and guidance
You will become part of Personal Data 4, where our primary task is to conduct checks of companies' reports in the digital system eIndkomst.
Your tasks will include checking whether payrolls match submissions to eIndkomst, checking for potential fraud reports and checking companies' accounts in relation to payroll taxation.
You will be the public face of the Tax Administration, and therefore the advisory and constructive dialogue with companies is a significant part of your job. We prioritise that companies experience supervision as professional, efficient and consistent, which is why it is crucial that you are eager to learn and can quickly acquire the professional knowledge.
Your upcoming manager, Bettina, says ”Responsibility and engagement are key words in our unit. We are in this together to solve an important societal task, and therefore we are also very good at supporting each other in the professional elements and to help each other if something is difficult.”
Our expectations of you
You have knowledge of companies, accounting and/or payroll through your education, e.g., Professional Bachelor in Tax, HD in Accounting, Diploma in Tax, Cand.merc.aud. or equivalent.
The most important, however, are your personal qualifications. We expect that you
- can be welcoming, listening and patient, even when the company's circumstances are complex and challenge your professional knowledge
- enjoy working in a varied daily life, with different forms of detective tasks
- can oversee and prioritise large datasets
- thrive in direct dialogue with companies
- can independently plan your workday so you can solve the tasks efficiently
- cultivate a trusting and respectful collaboration with colleagues, whom you rely on professionally, but do not see every day.
Class B driving licence is a requirement.
Personal Data 4 – eIndkomst – your new workplace
In our unit Personal Data 4 – eIndkomst we are 16 skilled and engaged colleagues. We are a strong professional team of good colleagues with a humorous and informal tone. You will become part of an informal working environment where daily life is characterised by freedom with responsibility, good humor and a culture that prioritises collaboration and professional sparring.
With us you get
- a good and safe onboarding environment, where you together with skilled and responsible colleagues get off to a good start with your tasks
- an exciting and varied workday
- good colleagues who are open and welcoming
- a good working environment characterised by proficient and engaged colleagues
- opportunity for competence development and further training as needed
The Taxation and Growth Ministry emphasises supporting flexible working conditions, and the framework for work planning is discussed between the manager and employee based on the overall task solution.
Onboarding
In connection with your start with us, you will participate in an onboarding program to ensure that you quickly gain the background knowledge necessary to perform your tasks and at the same time form a good connection to both your unit, Personal Data and the Tax Administration as a workplace. In this way, the onboarding program should help you feel secure in your role and give you a good start in your career at the Tax Administration.
