Center for Sundhed & Omsorg er et ambitiøst og visionært center med et stærkt fokus på tværgående samarbejde og opgaveløsning, som målrettet arbejder med at skabe værdi for kommunens borgere.

Centret står overfor at skulle implementere Sundhedsreformen, hvor samarbejdet på tværs af sektorer udvikler sig markant. Samtidig skal vi forme fremtidens kommunale sygepleje og udvikle den borgernære sygepleje, som bliver en stadig vigtigere del af det nære sundhedsvæsen. Dette kalder på nye løsninger, analytisk skarphed og stærke sundhedsfaglige perspektiver. Centret arbejder derudover fortsat videre med Ældrereformen, hvor de kommunale sygeplejefaglige indsatser forventes at skulle indgå i løbet af 2027.

WE OFFER

We offer a position with high complexity, where your experiences and competences will be in demand and where your professional imprint will be evident. You will join a cross-disciplinary team with 16 colleagues, where there is room to grow and valuable collegial sparring.

You will take a central role in the development of the future municipal nursing care and in translating the Health Reform's ambitions into concrete solutions close to the citizens.

This is a job where innovation, meaning and partnerships are important to create the right conditions for the development of the local health service. It is also a position where you contribute to supporting the political, strategic and organizational goals and decisions.

You are part of a holistic framework where cooperation, dialogue and inclusion are key concepts in making the organization function.

MAIN TASKS

• Support the centre's strategic work.
• Support the development of the future municipal nursing care.
• Develop and ensure progress in improving patient safety as well as quality and improvement work with a focus on cohesive citizen pathways.
• Support the implementation of the Health Reform and new health professional initiatives.
• Support the implementation of the municipal dementia strategy.
• Be responsible for education for nursing training in the municipal setting and for the special training in citizen-centered nursing care.

ABOUT YOU

• You preferably have experience with similar tasks.
• You are passionate about developing the future municipal nursing care and motivated to translate national reforms into local practice.
• You can work systematically with quality development, improvements and development of new health professional solutions.
• You have knowledge of, and experience with, being employed in a politically governed organization.
• You can facilitate processes and create dialogues and good collaborative relationships.
• You can use IT systems and management tools.

QUALIFICATIONS

• You are a trained nurse and have a relevant master’s or candidate degree.
• You have experience with, or interest in, the development of municipal nursing care as well as quality development and implementation of new health professional initiatives.
• You have insight into nursing practice and experience with quality, development or improvement work.
• You are a good sparring partner.
• You have a driving license.

The recruitment committee consists of the head of Functioning of Authority, Assistive Device Depot, Development & Education, the head of Home & Nursing as well as management and employee representatives. Salary and employment

According to the applicable collective agreement. The position is to be filled as soon as possible.

It is a permanent 37-hour week position.

In connection with a potential employment, a criminal record check will be obtained.

The position is organized in the Development Team with reference to the head of Authority, Assistive Device Depot, Development & Education. You will as a consultant become part of an employee group which, together with the rest of the centre, works across to succeed with the core task:
