Center for Health & Care seeks an experienced Development Consultant who can work strategically, as well as facilitate and develop the core task in close collaboration with management.

Center for Health & Care is an ambitious and visionary center with a strong focus on cross-disciplinary collaboration and task resolution, which is aimed at creating value for the municipality's residents.

The center is about to implement the Health Reform, where cooperation across sectors develops significantly. At the same time, we must shape the future municipal nursing and develop citizen-centered nursing, which becomes an increasingly important part of the local health care system. This calls for new solutions, analytical sharpness and strong health professional perspectives. The center will also continue working on the Elder Reform, where municipal nursing-related initiatives are expected to be included by 2027.

WE OFFER

We offer a role with high complexity, where your experience and competences will be in demand and where your professional footprint will be clear. You will join a interdisciplinary team with 16 colleagues, where there is room to think freely and valuable collegial sparring.

You will take a central role in the development of the future municipal nursing and in translating the Health Reform's ambitions into concrete solutions close to the citizen.

MAIN TASKS

• Support the center's strategic work.
• Support the development of the future municipal nursing.
• Develop and ensure progress in improving patient safety as well as quality and improvement work with a focus on cohesive citizen pathways.
• Support the implementation of the Health Reform and new health professional initiatives.
• Support the implementation of the municipal dementia strategy.
• Be responsible for training for nursing education in a municipal setting and for the specialist training in citizen-centered nursing.

ABOUT YOU

• You preferably have experience with similar tasks.
• You are passionate about developing the future municipal nursing and are motivated by translating national reforms into local practice.
• You can work systematically with quality development, improvements and development of new health professional solutions.
• You have knowledge of, and experience with, being employed in a politically governed organization.
• You can facilitate processes and create dialogues and good collaborative relationships.
• You can use IT systems and management tools.

QUALIFICATIONS

• You are a trained nurse and have a relevant master's or kandidat degree.
• You have experience with, or interest in, development of municipal nursing as well as quality development and implementation of new health professional initiatives.
• You have insight into nursing practice and experience with quality, development or improvement work.
• You are a good sparring partner.
• You have a driving license.

The appointment committee consists of the head of function of Authority, Assistive Device Depot, Development & Education, the head of function of Home & Nursing as well as management and employee representatives. Salary and employment

According to the applicable collective agreement. The position is to be filled as soon as possible.

It is a permanent position of 37 hours per week.

In connection with a potential appointment, a criminal record check will be obtained.

The position is organized in the Development & Education Team with reference to the head of function of Authority, Assistive Device Depot, Development & Education. As a consultant, you will be part of a staff group which, together with the rest of the center, works crosswise to succeed with the core task:
