Center Nurse Wanted for Vintersbølle Care Center, Wards 4–6.

We are seeking a professionally ambitious nurse who can deliver holistic, complex nursing care to citizens with multimorbidity based on their lived life. You collaborate in a multidisciplinary environment and contribute to a healthy working environment.

The central nursing team consists of 3 nurses, where you work within the four dimensions of nursing (clinical, coordination, guiding, developing)

We work with My skills and My medcard.

Wards 4 – 6 are nursing homes for 28 residents and 2 MDO places. The residents have had difficulty staying in ordinary offerings, therefore the target group is very varied and many have lived a vulnerable life.

We work with self-management and self-leadership and you have a say and shared responsibility in your team.

We would like the following

• Authorization/licensure as a nurse
• Possesses versatile clinical knowledge and can act independently in complex situations
• Can collaborate respectfully in relation to residents, relatives and colleagues across Vintersbølle and the entire municipality.
• Is curious, shares knowledge and experiences and has a development perspective.

Tasks

You must facilitate triage and team meetings. You can delegate tasks to colleagues and perform complex patient journeys both in relation to the Health Act and the Social Services Act and ensure professional documentation.

We document in the care system Nexus. You advise and guide residents, relatives and other partners and have a focus on working rehabilitatively, where involvement and quality of life are at the forefront.
