Chairman for a large and exciting infrastructure project in the Copenhagen area

We have won a large and exciting infrastructure project in the Copenhagen area and therefore seek a skilled foreman who will lead the daily production and ensure that the work is carried out safely, efficiently and in the right quality.

As foreman you will plan and lead our production and will be responsible for getting workforce, equipment, deliveries and activities to work together in everyday life. A key person in realizing a good project.

Your role

You will among other things be responsible for

• The daily planning and control of production
• Management and coordination of your own people and subcontractors
• Staffing, equipment and ongoing coordination of deliveries
• To ensure progress and to find good, practical solutions on site
• Collaboration with the project management, supervision, client and other stakeholders

You will have freedom and responsibility in the role and can influence both execution methods, planning and optimization of the work. We believe that the best solutions are found close to the production and in giving skilled people freedom to make the necessary decisions.

Who are you?

You have experience from the construction industry with larger infrastructure projects, where you have had responsibility for production and manpower.

• Have an eye for progress and good production planning
• Takes responsibility and follows through on tasks
• Have a practical approach and can find solutions when reality changes
• Have an understanding of good commercial sense and efficient execution
