About the job

If you didn’t manage to apply for the previous job posting, the opportunity has now arisen again. We thought we had found a match for our new daily manager, but at the last moment, it turned out not to be the case, so now the chance is yours again to become part of the Lykke Marie Co-housing, where high professionalism and development, good staffing, time for relationships, supervision and attractive working conditions are just part of what you can look forward to.

So are you a leader who leads from the front? Not from the office, but in the everyday life together with staff and residents? Can you align with the values and the view on people at Lykke Marie? Then perhaps it’s you we’re looking for…

About Lykke Marie , our values and view on people

Lykke Marie is the home for 24 younger adults with multiple physical and mental functional variations

With us, the person is at the center. We work from a relational and validating approach, where we see each person – both residents and staff – and believe that development occurs in relationships. We place emphasis on presence, dignity and the right to a meaningful life for all.

We have a strong focus on professional development, including within the relational psychological understanding framework and ICDP, and you will, as daily manager, become an important part of that development.

About the position

As daily manager you will be part of our management team, and have the primary responsibility for one of our three houses, where the management team always helps each other across the houses.

You will have the daily management responsibility for about 15-17 permanent staff as well as our fixed temporary workers. You work closely with operations, and are a visible leader who participates in everyday life both day, afternoon and evening. You also help about every 5th weekend as telephone support to the houses, where staff from across Lykke Marie can contact you with urgent questions.

You will, among other things

  • Lead and develop staff professionally and personally
  • Plan working hours in Timegrip
  • Ensure quality in residents' action plans, goals and documentation in the professional system CURA
  • Actively and on equal footing with staff in daily life with residents, in care, nursing and activities
  • Participate in trips with residents, including a four-day summer trip with overnight stay in Denmark
  • Collaborate with relatives, guardians, municipalities and other partners

Who are you?

You are an experienced leader who thrives in a daily life where things evolve, and where we work according to procedures. We don’t operate in fixed boxes, but in a daily life that is very dynamic.

We imagine that you

  • Have leadership experience - preferably from around-the-clock care and the specialist area
  • Have an educational or health-professional background
  • Are adaptable and see opportunities rather than limitations
  • Have strong collaboration skills, and are a skilled relationship builder
  • Communicate clearly and appreciatively
  • Focus on well-being, development and community

It is an advantage if you have a leadership qualification, but not a requirement. You may potentially pursue further education while working with us.

What can you expect?

  • A workplace with good working conditions and that is developing professionally, organizationally and personally
  • Close collaboration in a strong management team consisting of three daily leaders, a deputy and a principal, as well as close cooperation with our clinical coordinator and development consultant
  • A daily life with great variation and a high degree of involvement
  • A diverse staff group with different ages, educational backgrounds and experiences
  • A job where you make a real difference every single day
  • Salary according to the municipal pay agreement for managers

The recruitment process

The position is desired to be filled by November 1, 2026 - preferably earlier.

Further information can be obtained by contacting the headteacher/manager Gitte Ejlertsen on mobile: 23 82 99 44 or Lykke Marie’s phone: 47 38 39 00
