Charge nurse for the evening shift at the lovely Solgården

Solgården is a nursing home with high ceilings, warm relationships and a homely atmosphere. Here, 104 residents live spread across four houses. We place great emphasis on Solgården being a good place to live but also a good place to work.

We currently have three departments where residents with dementia live and six departments where residents with somatic illnesses live. From 1 January 2027 one of our departments will become temporary placements. The placements are intended, among other things, for residents whose home situation is no longer sustainable and for residents in terminal care trajectories, which cannot take place at home. Your role as the on-call evening nurse

We are looking for a qualified nurse who wants to be the professional lead during the evening hours. You do not need to have all the answers, but you should want to use your professionalism, your overview and your curiosity together with others.

You will become an important part of the evening team and have a central role in creating security and coherence for both residents, relatives and colleagues. Your tasks will include

• Collaborate with the caregiving staff and coordinate the planned nursing tasks in the departments
• Assess and handle acute nursing-related problems among our residents
• Be present and approachable to your colleagues across the building
• Communicate clearly, in an appreciative and respectful manner
• Ensure correct and thorough documentation in the residents' EOJ. we use Cura
• Maintain close contact with our relatives as they are a major part of the residents’ and our everyday life

During daytime Solgården has four nurses, each responsible for their own house. We want to create the best coherent pathways for our residents, and therefore collaboration across shift teams is very important to us. As the on-call evening nurse you will become part of a house where we stand together in the task. Practical information

• Working hours are from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM
• You work in a 52-hour arrangement
• Employment is in accordance with the applicable collective agreement
• We would like the position filled by 15 December 2026
