Meldgaard has for many years sorted and handled waste, soil and recycling products. Today we have environmental centres/receiving facilities in, among others, Kolding, Klintholm, Herning, Aabenraa and bale sorting in Aalborg.

The departments have undergone strong development with lots of new activities in an exciting industry.

The main activities at the sites are handling of soil, garden/green waste, wood and other waste fractions that come in at the various sites.

We have an informal tone with mutual respect for one another and, based from the office in Kolding, close contact with all receiving facilities as well as our headquarters in Aabenraa. We are a strong team with an ambition to have satisfied customers and deliver quality every time.

About the job

As Head of Trading (wood, metal m.m.) you will be responsible for the daily management and further development of the department. You lead a small team and are responsible for managing and coordinating collaboration with customers, partners and relevant specialists.

There is talk of a growth area, and you will have a central role in both the strategic and commercial development of the area.

The position is located in Kolding, and you report directly to the director of the area. For the right candidate, the position in time could lead to participation in the management group in the Meldgaard group.
