In the job as a chemical advisor you create value

As an Advisor you will be employed by Bureau Veritas Solutions Denmark A/S, which is part of Bureau Veritas - we are Scandinavia's leading in chemicals, hazardous goods and safety consultancy. Through consulting, training, software, etc., we create safety and value for our customers – nationally and internationally. Preparation and quality control of safety data sheets and other chemical documentation is one of our core areas, and you will be part of a team with 10 skilled and dedicated colleagues.

We work in several different IT systems, collaborate with external companies and take pride in quality, efficiency and internal knowledge sharing.

The job consists of providing advisory services to our customers within primarily Danish and European chemical legislation. You must also assist our salespeople but also guide customers in relevant services yourself.

About you

You are systematic and analytical, and able to read and apply legal material and convey your knowledge in an easy-to-understand language to both customers and your colleagues. You are outgoing and enjoy contact with customers in connection with advising and sales. You are curious and willing to learn new things and develop.

We envision that

• You are a chemical engineer, MSc or similar.
• You have interest and experience within the chemical area and related legislation.
• Do you find chemical documentation (SDS) interesting and do you have experience with preparing safety data sheets or handling chemical data – including toxicological including eco-toxicological data.
• You are good at thinking innovatively regarding data processing and finding solutions to streamline datasets to the benefit of our customers.
• You are fluent in Danish and English, both written and spoken.
