Chief Consultant for Executive Support and Development of Assessment

Would you like to help shape the future assessment area at Nykredit? Property valuation plays a central role in the Nykredit group’s business. We provide qualified valuations, support credit processes and give customers and partners a solid basis for good decisions.

We are now seeking a chief consultant to support the management in an area under development. You will have a unique opportunity to work closely with the top management in Assessment and help drive some of the most important strategic and cross-cutting agendas.

Your role

As a chief consultant you will be a central sparring partner for the deputy director and the leadership team. You will be responsible for creating progress on cross-cutting initiatives, ensuring follow-up on decisions and contributing to turning strategy into action. You will become part of the secretariat, but work across the entire area.

Your tasks will include, among others

• preparing decision briefs, analyses and presentations for management,
• coordinating and driving cross-cutting projects and development initiatives,
• supporting the leadership team with planning, follow-up and prioritization,
• ensuring progress on strategic initiatives,
• contributing to communication and change management,
• coordinating collaboration with stakeholders across the organization,
• driving or supporting initiatives in areas such as AI, digitization, quality, efficiency and business development.

Who are you?

About Assessment

Assessment is a central part of Nykredit and works closely with the rest of the group, banks, brokers and other partners. We are undergoing an exciting development focusing on digitization, AI, quality, customer experiences and new ways of working.
