• Flexibility and autonomy : You plan your own working day with activities that stimulate children’s learning and development. From creative moments at home to trips to the playground or in the forest.
• Meaningful work : You give the children a safe and stimulating daily life, where they feel seen and heard – you help shape their first years, which are crucial for their development.
• Safe community : You receive support from skilled colleagues, childminder pedagogues and the leader, who are available for sparring and guidance. We continuously develop our professionalism through meetings and courses.

Your working day

• The day starts early, with the children arriving around 6.45 a.m., and you have breakfast.
• During the day the children participate in both indoor and outdoor activities such as cycling, creative moments, lots of play and movement, etc.
• There is also a fixed day each week when you gather with other childminders and children in our playroom.

Who are you?

We are looking for an engaged person, who

• Has pedagogical experience
• Is prepared to work from home and create a safe and development-promoting environment
• It is a requirement that you live in Brøndby Municipality (western and eastern area)
• It is a requirement that you have a smoke-free home and
• It is a requirement that you can be a Danish-language role model.

• You work 48 hours per week. In return you receive 7 extra days off annually
• As a childminder, together with your personal deduction, you have a tax deduction of 60%, because you incur expenses for the children’s care and wear on the home. The 60% deduction is applied after deductions of AM-contributions, pension contributions etc., including ATP.
