At være dagplejer i en Stordagpleje er et job, hvor du

• In collaboration with other daycare workers you care for children aged 0 to 3 years.
• Must help cover opening hours from 06:30 to 16:45, Fridays until 15:45.
• Together with your colleagues you coordinate the duty roster so you collectively cover the opening hours, never alone.
• Work based on Den Styrkede Læreplan and an evaluation culture (in guidance with our consultants)
• Work based on Ikast-Brande Municipality's Child and Youth Policy
• Supports the work with Dagtilbudsområdets vision of creating child communities where all children can thrive, form themselves, learn and develop
• Exudes joy and engagement in providing care and creating a everyday life for our little people.

We are a day care in great development, so you will become part of a large colleague community. We are seeking the following:

• 1 daycare worker, where the hours are 37 hours.

Who are you?

• You are fond of children and see the value of giving our children a safe and joyful day-care time
• You have a desire for and are passionate about the pedagogical field – in close collaboration with pedagogical consultants and colleagues.
• You are motivated to create safety and predictability in a changing everyday life

You will receive help and sparring from experienced daycare consultants from the daycare.
