About the job

Ref-id: 3031

Employment type: Full-time

Location: Copenhagen S, DK, 2450

Department: Occupational Injury

Gjensidige has its roots in Norway and a history that goes back to 1816. Today we are a leading Nordic insurance company with around 4,600 employees in Norway, Sweden and Denmark. Together we secure life, health and values, and we come to work to be there when it matters – for our customers, for each other and for society.

At Gjensidige we work to create security for our customers – every day. In the Personal Injury area that means we help people who have been injured with professionalism, integrity and presence. We keep our promises and deliver quality that customers can understand.

About the job

You will become part of the Work Injury Team in Personal Injury, where we work with the entire work injury case – from the recognition question to permanent impairment and loss of earning capacity.

Your tasks will include

  • Independent handling of a portfolio of work injury cases• Ongoing dialogue with the injured party, employers and customers, often by phone• Initiation and management of the injury process, including assessment of treatment needs and interventions• Administration and correspondence with e.g. the Danish Labour Market Insurance (AES)

You will have a daily life with high professionalism, clear frameworks and great trust – and you will become an important part of a team where collaboration and knowledge sharing are central.

How we work – now and in the future

We work purposefully with customer experience, quality and progress. At the same time we are undergoing a major digital and organizational lift.

AI is already an integrated part of our everyday life, and you will:• receive help from AI tools and automation that support case initiation, overview, documentation and communication• be able to focus more on professionalism, assessments and dialogue – and less on sorting and routine tasks

Our goal is that customers quickly experience contact, competence and coherence – and that you as an employee have the best possible working conditions.

Who are you?

We imagine that you are a specialist in the treatment of work injuries – and among other things have extensive experience with handling assessments of loss of earning capacity from e.g.:

  • an insurance company
  • AES, Ankestyrelsen or related authorities
  • a municipal unit with the occupational injury area

In addition we emphasize that you

  • work in a structured, analytical and independent way• communicate empathetically, professionally and clearly – both verbally and in writing• express yourself in a modern, clear and correct Danish
  • are keen to – and able to – actively work with AI and new digital workflows
  • are a team player who contributes positively to the community and everyday life

For us, a work injury is never just “a case” – and you understand that.

Why choose us

At Gjensidige you become part of a department where:• people come before systems – but systems support people• we give honest feedback and help each other to succeed• professionalism, responsibility and trust are core values• you work in a socially important area where your contribution makes a real difference
