At Atletion we are passionate about sport and well-being. Our facilities – including three large training halls and Djurslands Bank Arena and associated meeting facilities – are the center of a lively environment with many activities. We host everything from local amateur sport and elite sport to large, exciting cultural and sports events that attract many visitors. To ensure that our users and guests always have the best possible surroundings, we are now looking for a stable and independent cleaning associate for a full-time position.

About the position

As a cleaning associate you will be an important part of ensuring that our facilities appear presentable and hygienic – whether it’s daily operations or large events. We are looking for a person who thrives when working independently and who takes pride in doing thorough work. Since we host many large events, you should be prepared for varying working hours, and that evening work may be required in connection with larger events.

Your main duties will be to

• Ensure thorough cleaning of halls, locker rooms, toilets and common areas.
• Follow established cleaning plans and hygiene guidelines to ensure a safe environment for everyone.
• Be an active part of the cleaning in connection with our many large cultural and sports events as well as other ad hoc tasks in the department.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who is welcoming, friendly and has a positive attitude. You are responsible and stable, and you can navigate your tasks independently according to given instructions.

We expect that you

Have experience with cleaning work.

Speak, read and write Danish.

Can present a child certificate.

Are ready to start as soon as possible.

Are prepared to wear a uniform during working hours.

Working hours and terms

The position is full-time. The main working hours are Monday–Friday from 06:00 to 14:00, plus shifts every 3rd weekend (Saturday and Sunday 06:00–12:00). For larger cultural and sports events you should expect to work in the evening.

Salary follows qualifications.

Salary and employment terms

Salary and employment terms will be in accordance with the applicable collective agreement. Final salary determination occurs after negotiation with the union representative organization based on qualifications.

Weekly working hours: 37
