You will become part of a strategically important growth area in the Nykredit group and will be responsible for leading and developing a skilled team of Private Bankers. At the same time you will join a leadership team with three leaders. Together we work to deliver advice of the highest quality and create the best customer experiences.

Your most important tasks will be to

• Ensure that the strategy is translated into concrete actions in the team.
• Promote a feedback culture with a focus on collaboration as well as personal and professional development.
• Ensure that Private Banking is solidly anchored in healthy values and high professional expertise.
• Create an engaged team that works purposefully to strengthen the customer experience.
• Create security and trust so that both customers and colleagues experience you as a credible and trust-building leader.
• Hold department meetings with the team.
• Follow up on agreements with the local banks.

Is it you we are looking for?

We are seeking someone who has solid and relevant leadership experience and who is motivated by delivering results through others. You set a clear direction, translate strategy into action and follow up. At the same time you give employees responsibility, sparring and the right framework to succeed. You have experience in developing both people and business and can, with an analytical eye and a structured approach, identify each employee's strengths and development needs.

As a leader you are empathetic, present and genuinely curious. You dare to give something of yourself so that employees and colleagues experience authentic, credible and trust-building leadership. You communicate clearly, create followership and actively contribute to a culture characterised by feedback, collaboration and engagement.

At the same time you have a solid professional background and preferably practical experience in advising affluent clients. This enables you to challenge and support the team in the ambition to raise the client experience. With your determination, empathy and business understanding you strengthen the relationships with both clients and colleagues and contribute to our shared goal of creating value, overview and security for the customers.

You will become part of a strong professional environment with 28 Private Bankers, three wealth advisers and three leaders, as well as access to a large team of investment advisers. We collaborate widely with colleagues in the Nykredit group, including in the local banks, International and Private Banking Elite.

You will have a fixed workplace in Roskilde, but also have the opportunity to work from our local banks at different locations in Regional Bank Zealand.
