About the job

Do you want to help create a meaningful and dignified everyday life for our residents?

Are you passionate about professional quality, development and collaboration? Are you motivated by being close to people, operations and professional development, and do you want to make a difference in an organization where residents' well-being is central and where you contribute to developing the staff?

Then perhaps you are the person we are looking for as our new Professional Coordinator at Plejecenter Lundtoft.

A key role with a focus on quality and development

As the professional coordinator you will play a central role in the ongoing development of Lundtoft. You will become an important sparring partner for management and staff and will be responsible for supporting high professional quality, learning and implementation of new initiatives, including work with the new Elder Law.

The position is structured so that you remain close to practice. Part of the working time will be in daily operations, and the rest of the time will be allocated to coordination, development and professional tasks. This gives you the opportunity to both help develop practice and translate new initiatives into action in daily life.

The position is 37 hours per week, with work roughly every 4th weekend.
