Our current nurse has chosen to seek new challenges after three good years. Therefore we are looking for a licensed nurse for a permanent position as the primary medical lead.

About Teglgårdshuset

Teglgårdshuset is a social-psychiatric residential facility for citizens with dual diagnoses. Citizens live with mental disorders combined with active substance abuse, and several have treatment orders.

We meet citizens with respect, curiosity and a focus on the person behind the diagnosis. The goal is to support the individual in creating a meaningful life on their own terms.

About the position

As the primary medical lead, you are the central healthcare keyperson in the house. You will be responsible for the quality and development of the medical and healthcare-related interventions and will be in close sparring with the house’s other nurse.

Your tasks include among others

• Medication dispensing and administration
• Follow-up on changes in FMK
• Coordination with doctors, psychiatry, hospitals and pharmacy
• Ensuring correct documentation, follow-up and patient safety
• Healthcare professional sparring for colleagues
• Participation in quality networks and professional meetings
• Education and communication of healthcare topics
• Co-responsibility for implementation and quality assurance in Nexus
• Guidance of students

We imagine that you

• Have experience with or interest in the cross-field between psychiatry, substance misuse and somatics
• Can take responsibility for healthcare tasks and create overview in complex pathways
• Communicate clearly and professionally with citizens, relatives and partners
• Actively contribute to supervision, reflection and professional sparring
• Can adapt your efforts to the individual citizen’s needs
• Preferably are trained as a clinical supervisor

Practical information

• Working hours: 37 hours per week or as agreed
• Working hours are on weekdays between 07:00 and 15:00
• Employment from 01.12.2026 or as soon as possible
• Work on holidays may occur

Start date: By agreement

Salary placement occurs according to the agreement for the Collective Agreement for Nurses etc., our pre-arrangements and any individual allowances based on special competences, knowledge or experience.

The salary range for the position as a nurse will be from 30,918.53 DKK to 36,801.91 DKK, depending on the candidate’s seniority, further education and personal competences.

Salary range is monthly salary excluding pension.
