Workforce Denmark is seeking on behalf of Sejr’s Entreprise

new employees for demolition and environmental remediation on Zealand.

Are you an experienced demolisher?

• do you have the hands-on skills, show up reliably, and want to learn an exciting craft – and environment-focused work from the ground up?

What is demolition really?

Demolition is no longer just a matter of grabbing a hammer and tearing everything down, something you can approach.

Modern demolition requires knowledge, consideration, and respect for both people, buildings, and the environment.

Before a building can be demolished, you must know what you’re dealing with. Older buildings can contain, among other things, asbestos, PCBs, lead, and other environmentally hazardous materials that must be identified and handled correctly.

That means that a skilled demolisher today not only must be able to tear down – you must also be able to understand the task, work safely, and think about the environment throughout the process.

Do you have experience from demolition, environmental remediation, and can you work independently?

Then there is an opportunity for great responsibility and your own projects, where you get freedom with responsibility and become an important part of the solution to the tasks Sejr’s receives.

You don’t have to stand around waiting for someone to tell you what to do.

We are looking for you who can take responsibility, keep an overview, and make things work on the construction site.

Are you new to the trade? - Maybe you have only tried demolition for a shorter time.

Maybe you come from another place in the construction industry.

Or maybe you’ve just always been the type who wants to learn, use your body, and see a concrete result of your work.

Then we’d also like to hear from you.

At Sejr’s there is the opportunity for training and to develop yourself within, among other things:

• Demolition
• Environmental remediation
• Asbestos
• PCBs
• Safety and proper handling of environmentally hazardous materials
• Sorting and correct handling of construction waste

You don’t need to know everything from day one.

The most important thing is the right attitude and the desire to learn.

• Are reliable and take responsibility for your work
• Have a good work ethic
• Can work both independently and with others
• Respect customers, colleagues, and the places we work
• Want to learn new things
• Are not afraid to get your hands dirty
• Can maintain an overview, even when the task becomes challenging
• Have a driver's license – Requirement

Experience is a plus – the right attitude is the most important.
