Closing Manager for Skovgrillen Næstved

THE ROLE: You must be able to run your shift independently and keep an overview of customers, orders, apprentices, and the store's other tasks.

CUSTOMER SERVICE & OVERVIEW

• Ensure a high and consistent quality - every time.
• In collaboration with the apprentice, keep an overview of customer orders in the store, phone orders and online orders and ensure that they are made and completed by the agreed time.
• Coordinate in-store, phone and online orders, so that an overview is maintained – also when it is busy.
• Ensure professional customer service and stay calm during peak times.

TASKS

• Maintain ongoing overview of replenishment and cleaning tasks.
• Ensure that necessary tasks are carried out.
• Assess which tasks need to be done now, and which can wait during extra busy periods.
• Ensure proper closing and leave the store in a safe condition.

APPRENTICES

• Be supportive and helpful to apprentices.
• Help with prioritization, give clear instructions and step in if an apprentice loses overview.

CASH REGISTER & CASH RESPONSIBILITY

• Handle errors, returns and relevant error messages.
• Perform correct till counting and till closing.

Working hours are mainly in the afternoon/evening hours - You should schedule a weekend shift every 2nd weekend within the time frame 9:30-21:00
