Horsens Youth School runs 15 youth clubs, which are open in the period from September to April/May with free leisure activities for all the municipality's 13–17-year-olds. The clubs are located in the municipality's local areas to be as close as possible to the daily lives of the young people. The general opening hours are about three hours in the evenings 2-4 days a week. As a club employee you will typically have to work 1-2 evenings per week during the entire club season.

In addition, the Youth School arranges leisure events and trips away from home, where club employees are also expected to participate.

The clubs are largely characterized by youth involvement and a strong focus on the good youth life.

We offer a meaningful and relevant study- or part-time job with good colleagues and engaged club coordinators. We offer a workplace where you have influence on the club's daily life; where you can build healthy relationships with the local youth and act as an ambassador for Horsens Youth School.

We expect you to be reliable, positive and helpful, and we expect you to be passionate about making a difference for the young people every single club evening.

The club season starts in September, but there may be a need for hires along the season, which is why we have this open posting without a specific application deadline or a specific start date.
