CNC operator for operation and retooling in Hadsten

You will land in a larger production setup where everyday life takes place close to the machines and the people you work with. Your everyday

The day is about keeping the production running at the machine. You follow the topics through operation and monitoring, and when a task needs to change, setup and material handling are part of the job.

You will, among other things, work with

• Monitor CNC machines during operation
• Set up machines when switching between workpieces
• Handle materials before and after machining
• Operate CNC machines in daily production
• Inspect workpieces and speak up if something is off

Here, good well-being matters in daily life, not just on paper. You should be willing to contribute to the team and gradually improve over time.

We’re looking for someone who can check most boxes

You don’t need to be an expert in every corner of the field. But you must be able to stand behind what you deliver.

We imagine that you

• Have at least 3 years of experience as a CNC operator
• Can work steadily in pairs and in teams
• Have control of operation, monitoring and setup
• Take responsibility for materials and machine flow
• Speak up if something isn’t right

It’s an advantage if you have experience with different types of CNC production. But the most important thing is that you show up consistently and can work well with others.
