Everyday: CNC operation, setup and quality control

Your daily life On a normal day you work from production orders, measurement requirements and the setup that lies on the machine. Before startup you ensure that the workpiece, the tool and the measurement fit together, and during operation you would rather stop a batch once too many than once too few.

You will, among other things, be working with

• Monitor CNC machines during operation
• Set up machines and start production safely
• Measure parts and perform quality control
• Adjust according to tolerances and measurement requirements
• Work with precision parts in metal and plastic

If a measurement does not hold, you take action immediately and clarify the next steps. There is room to ask the person next to you, but you must also be able to take responsibility for what you pass on.
