You land in a larger production environment where machines for industrial food production are built. The work concerns parts for equipment that shapes, folds and fills products at high speed. There are both standard machines and customized solutions, so the parts must fit something that actually has to function in a complete machine.

The role is for you who can take responsibility at the machine and get a start-up to run properly. You work with setup, changeover and materials, and you must be able to stay calm when production changes direction. It’s a job for an experienced CNC operator who doesn’t just press start and hope for the best.

Everyday: CNC, setup and changeover

Your everyday life The day revolves around getting the machine set up correctly, starting production and changing over when the next task is ready. You handle materials, follow up on the changeover and say something if something doesn’t add up before the parts move on. It requires experience, calm and a practical approach to what lies in front of you.

You will among other things work with

• Set up and start CNC machines
• Change over the machine between different tasks
• Handle materials before and during production
• Operate CNC machines in daily production
• Inspect parts and measure as you go

When a task changes, it is you who gets the machine ready and keeps track of the sequence. Here it counts that you show up consistently, take charge and deliver something you can stand behind.

We are looking for someone who can check off most of it You don’t need to be an expert in every corner of the field. But you must be able to stand behind what you deliver.

We imagine that you

• Have at least 5 years of experience as a CNC operator
• Have a driving license
• Can set up machines and start production safely
• Are used to changeovers and material handling
• Show up consistently and say something if something doesn’t feel right

It’s an advantage if you have worked in machine production before. But the most important is that you can take responsibility for the machine and maintain quality, even when there are changes in tasks.
