We are recruiting for a partner an engaged and structured CNC shop manager for a modern manufacturing company in the Esbjerg area. The company works with advanced production of machines, components and special solutions in, among other things, stainless steel and aluminum, and delivers to customers in both Denmark and the rest of Europe.

About the position

As a CNC shop manager you will have a central role in production, where you both work hands-on and have responsibility for the daily operations. You will be the link between production, planning and management, and you will have an important role in ensuring quality, efficiency and well-being in the team.

Your main tasks

• Daily management and coordination in production
• Planning and prioritization of tasks
• Ensuring quality and meeting deadlines
• Optimizing processes and workflows
• Coaching and development of employees
• Participation in production (setup/programming of CNC machines)

Your profile

• Experience from CNC machining – preferably in the metal industry
• Experience with leadership or desire to take the next step
• Technical understanding and overview
• Structured and solution-oriented approach
• Ability to motivate and foster collaboration
• Familiarity with reading drawings and production-technical processes
