Havblik is a cozy nursing home with a view over Fænøsund. Here live 30 residents whom we meet with respect, care and high professionalism. We emphasize that the residents feel seen and heard, and that everyday life holds meaning, joy of life and self-determination.

We work from person-centered care, where the resident and the relationship are central. For us it is important that you are professionally curious, thrive in collaboration and contribute to the good atmosphere in everyday life.

About you

• You are educated as Social and Health Assistant.
• You meet residents, relatives and colleagues with respect and presence.
• You can work independently but also possess good cooperation skills.
• You can ensure professional documentation.
• You can work purposefully and patiently with an eye for the resident's resources.
• You are passionate about creating security for the residents.
• You have humor and can use it positively in interaction with residents, relatives and colleagues.
• You thrive with challenges.
• You dare to put your professionalism into play and are happy to share your knowledge.
• You actively contribute to a positive work environment.
