Come and play with us - maternity leave substitute sought for the nursery

Can you play, read, sing and build forts with children in the nursery? Then we are looking for an educator, assistant or helper for a maternity leave replacement of 37 hours per week at Blomstergårdens nursery.

We are a small house with two nursery groups and two kindergarten groups, located surrounded by green areas. We have a nice new playground, a rhythm basement and two new cargo bikes, which we use for trips in the area.

At Blomstergården we work with themes that we plan and work on together. We focus on following the children’s interests and ensuring that all children are part of the community. It is important for us that we give the children security and presence and that we are trustworthy and relationally competent adults.

We are a diverse staff group with different experiences, competencies and perspectives, which we see as a strength. We are good at laughing together and we have a humorous sense of humor.

Who are you

• You can participate in the children’s play and be at child level with 0-3 year olds
• You can maintain an overview in stressful situations
• You value good collaboration with parents
• You contribute to our good working environment
• You have experience from day care. This is an advantage but not a requirement.
