Are you strong in project economics, contracts, changes and commercial follow-up on construction or civil engineering projects? We are seeking an engaged Commercial Manager / Project Controller for our client in Region North Jutland, where you will support the commercial management of a larger project organization.

About the position

As Commercial Manager / Project Controller you will be responsible for creating a commercial overview of the project.

You will work closely with the project management and contribute to the management of finances, contracts, changes, bidding, reporting and project administration.

You will work with, among other things

• Project economics and follow-up

You monitor the project's finances, budgets, status and commercial aspects.

• Contracts and changes

You contribute to follow-up on contracts, agreements, variations and changes in the project.

• Bids and commercial assessments

You support bidding, pricing and commercial assessments in collaboration with the project management.

• Reporting and documentation

You ensure structure in appendices, documentation, invoicing and status reporting.

• Risks and overview

You identify commercial risks and help the project management maintain an overview of requirements, agreements and deliveries.

• You will have a role where your structure and follow-up can directly affect the project's financial result.

Your profile

We would like you to have the following qualifications

• Relevant commercial or financial background

For example as a commercial manager, project controller, contract manager, quantity surveyor, cost controller or similar.

• Experience from construction or civil engineering projects

You understand project economics, contracts and changes in a technical project environment.

• Strong structure and documentation discipline

You can keep track of appendices, agreements, changes, invoicing and reporting.

• Understanding of contracts

You preferably have knowledge of AB18, ABT18 or contract management in contracting or project organizations.

• Analytical and commercial approach

You can see risks, ask the right questions and follow up before the overview disappears.

• Can speak and understand Danish

You can understand meetings, agreements, project information and daily communication in Danish in the project.

• As a person you are structured, detail-oriented and persistent. You must be able to follow up on the project's commercial aspects without letting the details slip.

Workplace and practical considerations

• The workplace is in Region North Jutland .
• The role will be attached to the project office and on-site activities as needed.
• Expected start is from October 2026 or as agreed.
• Duration is expected to be up to six months from the execution phase.
