Would you like to help strengthen our collaboration across our two locations in Kolding and Vejle, and would you help lift our market share for commercial real estate in the Triangle Region to a new level?

You have previously known us as EDC Erhverv Poul Erik Bech, Kolding and EDC Erhverv Poul Erik Bech, Vejle, but since 1 January 2025 we are EDC Erhverv Poul Erik Bech, Triangle Region.

We currently have a solid market share in the area, which we want to strengthen further by leveraging our local knowledge, but also by strengthening collaboration across the two locations under a common leadership.

We are seeking a dedicated person who can contribute to strengthening our position in the region, who can navigate a large market area, and who can collaborate across our new Triangle Region organization.

You will become an important part of the new collaboration, and you will be supported by eight skilled and dedicated colleagues. The team supports you in terms of professional sparring with clients and fully handles the administrative tasks, so you can concentrate as much as possible on proactive sales activity and on selling and leasing the properties we have on commission. If you have ambitions to become a partner now or later, we are open to that as well.

Physically you will have workplaces at both locations, and you must be prepared to share your effort between them, but of course also to focus your efforts where the customers are.

Your hunger to create results and your local anchoring are crucial

At the most fundamental level you possess the hunger, courage and desire to become an active part of our shared success. Your primary task is to bring even more listings onto the books/commission and also to sell and lease commercial properties in Triangle Region, and you must be locally anchored here. Your prior professional background and character are defined by:

• Experience from a similar role in the brokerage industry, either as a commercial or residential broker, or another relevant professional B2B sales background from, for instance, banks, mortgage institutions or similar sales and advisory companies.
• A unique B2B network in Triangle Region, the willingness and ability to build long-term relationships with companies and property investors.
• Documented sales results that clearly show that you are able to achieve exceptional results in a highly competitive market.
• A strong winner mentality, meaning that you go the extra mile to win and close a case.
• A strong value base built on a high degree of diligence, sound ethics and good commercial sense.
